Special People Making a Lasting Impact

Jenna.jpgMiss Jenna - Owner

Hi all, I am Miss Jenna!  I have been in the Early Education Field since 2005.  I have an Early Childhood Associates Credential and many years of Early Education experience under my belt.  I got my start working with Infants and shortly after I moved into a Preschool Classroom and from there the rest is history.  I taught my own Preschool Program for about 10 years Directing.  I quickly moved from Directing one School to becoming the Executive Director for 6 Childcare Centers as the company I worked for was rapidly expanding.  I was able to learn a lot about the business side of running a Childcare Center when I was in that role.

In the free time, my boyfriend Chris and I are usually working on the restoration of our home.  I bought a 1908 Victorian home that needed serious rehab about 4 years ago and the process of working on our home brings me great joy.  We also have a ten-year-old Boxer Muzzy that loves being anywhere his fur parents are.  The little free time I have is spent at our Family’s Lake house, catching a Twins game, traveling, or hiking and spending time in Nature. We both are spontaneous and adventurous people.

My mission for AMA has remained the same since the day it was just a dream in our hearts.  We knew there was a way to make Early Education fun and inclusive for all so that parents could feel confident all day while at work that their children were safe, loved, respected, and appreciated.  My goal has always and will always be to continue to fulfil that mission along with now having the time to devote to going above and beyond for our Staff.

Brittany.jpgMiss Brittany - Director

Hello! I’m Miss Brittany! I’m mom to two boys (Riley and Travis) that love to keep my husband and me busy! We love to spend time together whether it’s going for a bike ride, playing board games, or just watching a movie. We also have two dogs (Piper and Link) and two cats (Khaleesi and Lucky), so there’s rarely a dull moment in our house!

When I’m able to catch some downtime, you’ll probably find me reading. I also enjoy painting, knitting, and other crafty projects. I am also deeply passionate about early childhood education. My career in early childhood education began a little over ten years ago. I started as an infant teacher, then switched to teaching preschool after a few years. I have absolutely enjoyed all my years of teaching, and I am now looking forward to my new role as director.

As a director, I aim to provide families with top quality care that they can trust, a nurturing and supportive environment for children, and to support my teachers in their roles as early childhood educators.
